I want to tell you guys something about myself. I am a little messy. Okay, that may be an understatement. I have always been the type to avoid housework at all costs. I would rather poke a sharp stick in my eye than clean a bathtub or mop a floor. That's why I am not sure who was more excited about this next review, me or my hubby?


As you can see from this picture, it is not that I don't buy tons of cleaning supplies. Yet for some reason they never called to me to clean my house like the ionator HOM. Since receiving the ionator HOM in my house, I am like the Energizer Bunny. I just keep cleaning and cleaning. I don't think my husband has ever been quite so happy with me.

This item is by far my most favorite product I have ever reviewed. That is saying a lot from a gal that doesn't do cleaning. I think that is why I love it so much. It actually makes cleaning easy and fun at the same time. To use the ionator HOM all you do is add plain tap water from your sink into the container and snap it into place. That's all it takes to have your ionator HOM ready to go or should I say shoot. The ionator HOM makes me feel like the Dirty Harry of house cleaning. Once it is in my hand I feel like I have power, the power to clean! The ionator HOM shoots a fine mist of fresh smelling clean water. I love the smell! It just smells clean.

Overall, I have not found anything I don't love about this product. It is wonderful because there are absolutely NO CHEMICALS that you have to worry about. It cleans all with the power of water. It works because the water becomes ionized and attracts the dirt to it like a magnet. The thing I have noticed is that it doesn't leave streaks on my kitchen table after it is cleaned. I always hated that about the other products I used to use. Notice I used the past tense there!

The ionator HOM works on glass, Stainless Steel, Natural Stones (Granite, Marble, etc.) Carpet/Fabrics, etc. It is supposed to last for 3-5 years with normal household use. Of course as much as I am using it, we will have to see. Even my little boy begs me to help clean now. I cannot sing the praises of this product enough. I never would have thought I would feel comfortable cleaning with just water, but I realize now that it is so much more. The ionator HOM kills 99.9 percent of harmful bacteria, including the 2009 Pandemic H1N1 Influenza A Virus in six seconds.

Farewell Favorite Glasses.......

Growing up my mom and dad used to call me eagle eyes. I could see anything and everything from a mile away. Unfortunately, they say things start to go with age and my eyesight has been one of those things. I never would have thought that I would need to wear eyeglasses, but I do now. I guess the one thing I can be thankful for is that I didn't have to wear them when I was younger. You have to understand, I was the most unattractive young child you have ever seen. So at least the kids couldn't add that to the many things they made fun of me for.

I am telling you this, because the other day my family went to Sam's Club to pick some things up. I had worn my glasses to drive because that is really the only time I need them. When we got inside, my hubby volunteered to hold them for me. He stuck them into the front of his shirt like I am sure you have seen people do. Well, the kids started getting fussy, as I am sure any of you with kids can understand. A one and three year old can only take so much shopping before boredom sets in. So, my hubby offered to take them out to the car while I checked out. This is when my prescription glasses met their tragic fate...

I checked out and started outside to find my husband sitting in the drivers seat of the car. You guys may not know this about me, but I like to be in the drivers seat if I am in the car. I may be a little controlling when it comes to driving, I admit it. Anyway, as I start to ask why he thinks he is driving, he hands me my beautiful glasses. The eyeglass frames were crushed and the lenses were all scratched up. He had apparently forgotten they were in his shirt and let them fall out. He then decided to squash them like a bug with his size 11 1/2 shoe.

There will be a memorial service this weekend for all who want to attend...... For the glasses, not my husband:)

I would love to try the Organic Vanilla reve. I think it sounds yummy. The scents that I was sent to try had a very natural scent to them. I have said this in the past, but it was smells like you would find in the Whole Foods beauty section. I have a friend that I know would love these fragrances.

They also offer body moisturizers that feel so great on your skin. They absorb nicely and won't leave you feeling greasy, just very nicely scented. My favorite of those scents was the Coconut Vanille. It reminded me of the drinks my hubby and I drank on our honeymoon cruise. I love the smell of coconut. The body moisturizers are 100% vegan, wheat and gluten free, contain no glycol, parabens, sulfates, phthalates, silicones, synthetic additives or synthetic fragrances. I think I must be getting the bug for SUMMER to arrive. I have been reviewing lots of great products to bring us into the new upcoming season. Although, I do love the winter don't get me wrong. Go-Natural comes with a nice carrying pouch and applicator brushes. I headed straight for the restroom and began applying the product. I used the Go-Natural:All-In-One Cosmetic as blush, bronzer, eyeshadow, eyebrows and lipstick. It literally took me minutes to apply everything. There was no looking for different products or brushes, just the one was all I needed.

I have to be honest with you guys, because that's the way I am. After I applied it, I had to wash it off and start over. This was not the products fault at all, TOTALLY my own. Let's just say I may not always believe the saying "Less is More", but with this product it is true. Had I read the instructions like most people, I would have seen, *Important* Use very little! Once I re-applied the product I was very pleased. It is exactly what it says...NATURAL. I did not look made up or over-done. I just had a nice glow about me. It is perfect for a quick trip out of the house or to just add a little color to your face/body.

Go-Natural would be good for the winter or summer. In the winter it would give you that gentle glow so you don't look washed out. In the summer it could accent your already nicely tanned skin. This product is made for All Skin Tones, All Skin Types and All Ages. I have to also say that while I loved the idea of the brush that came with it, I did end up using one of my own. I found that the brush shed a lot when I was using it. Some people may be okay with that, but I felt it deserved mentioning.

Jack LaLanne's Power Juicer Express Review

Do you ever try a product that you think you won't have much use for and then you end up loving it. That is exactly what happened with the Jack LaLanne Power Juicer Express I have been reviewing. This product has got me juicing everything in the house! I can't stop. LOL I had always heard about health benefits of juicing, so I really wanted to see what I thought for myself. I can't really say if it is making me healthier, but it sure does taste good. I am sure that it has to better for me and my family than processed juices.

I had no idea all the things that could be made by using a juicer. Jack LaLanne's Power Juicer makes it incredibly easy to make anything you want. We have made fruit juices and vegetable juices. You can also use the pulp to bake yummy muffins and bread. Nothing has to go to waste with this machine. My son loves to help me make fresh apple juice now. It tastes almost like an apple cider.

With the Jack LaLanne Power Juicer the set up is minimal. I was able to do that with no problem. The clean up on the other hand can be a little bit more tricky. It is not that it is hard, just a little messy until you get the hang of it. Once you have done it a few times, you become an old pro. The one thing I can say that I didn't like was the plastic container that held the pulp stained from the carrots after the first use. It does not affect the machine or its use at all, it just looks like it needs to be washed.

If you are looking for a healthier alternative to store bought juices and just a healthier lifestyle in general, Jack LaLanne's Power Juicer Express is a great way to go. Once you have it, you can enjoy yummy recipes like this one in just a matter of seconds.

Just when you thought it couldn't get any better, you realize there is a foot pocket that nestles your feet in(not confining, some of us have foot claustrophobia) and an awesome outer hand pouch for in case those hands need a little extra warmth. The handy little pouch can also be used for placing glasses, remote controls or any other object you need close by. Sounds great, right? Well, it is!

It was supposed to be for my son, but unfortunately for him, it fit me perfectly! Sorry little boy, but mama needs her NUDDLE! There is something I love about Celtic music. It has such a relaxing and beautiful sound to it. It also reminds me of movie favorites like, "Titanic" and "Ladder 49". I had never heard Billy Joel sing it, but when I heard it from Celtic Woman, it brought tears to my eyes. As a mom, this is a lullaby that will melt your heart. I have already started learning the words so I can sing it to my little ones.

Celtic Woman is currently touring including dates at Radio City Music Hall. They have sold over 3.8 million records in the U.S and have had 7 sold-out US Tours. That is the only advice I would have for you in regards to these clogs. You may want to order a size smaller, as they do appear to run big from my review.
