Growing up, one of my favorite treats was a Popsicle. I remember being so happy anytime my mom gave me one of those tasty, bright treats. Not much has changed about that today, even though I have gotten a little older now.


I am sure several of us started out this new year with the resolution of losing weight. By this time we have either decided we will be sticking to this resolution or not.
