I'm just a little hamster looking for a home,
When I get let out this box around the house I'll roam.
You do not need to feed me or clean my stinky cage,
I hear that I'm the Christmas toy that's apparently all the rage.
I come in many colors and make some silly sounds,
I promise not to make a mess or poopie on the ground.
The problem is I'm hard to find, I'm flying off the shelf.
No worries though cause clueless mama is Santa's Helper Elf.
If you want a chance to bring me home this holiday,
It's easy all you have to do is follow Guessing All the Way!
I hope you guys enjoyed my little poem:) I wanted to share Chunk with you guys because I know there is someone that really needs him for their little one!
For an Extra Entry you can tell me about a toy you wanted really badly as a child.
Thanks guys, I have really appreciated you supporting my site this year. I look forward to getting to know you better throughout the upcoming year as well!
This giveaway is open to US and Canada. It will end on December 17th at noon. The winner will have 24 hours to contact me. I want to make sure he makes it to his home by Christmas.

Cute poem! Just the type of pet I'd allow at my house. :)
When I was a kid I always wanted this one doll in the JC Penney catalog that had a little stuffed elephant. I think either the doll or the elephant was called Ellie.
Ha ha the poem gave me a chuckle, and my daughter gave me a weird look :). Already following you :D
When i was little I wanted the Furbies, never got one :(

a pet that doesn't need cleaning up after is FANTASTIC
LOL
toy i always wanted
After I had my daughter and was able to buy her toys, I bought her just about every toy I ever wanted! I pretty much got it out of my system. The thing I wanted most, however, was Barbie shoes. I had only two Barbies, very few clothes and no accessories like shoes. Needless to say, my daughter's Barbies (way too many) had every accessory known to man and a billion shoes!
what a cute little poem!! happy follower here!
Love the poem!!
Of course I am already a follower!
A toy I really wanted as a child was the game Simon. It was a hot toy for that year and my Mom still tells the story about how many stores she had to go to to get it!!
wow! your good. I loved the poem. of course I am following you. amypugmire@live.com
when I was younger I wanted this doll, I can't think of the name right now but you had a little packet you put in water and it told what the name was if it was a boy or girl etc.. and I got twins I was so excited! everyone in my neighborhood was jealous. I was thrilled. everyone else only got one baby. ha ha. amypugmire@live.com
Very sweet poem :) Kristen would love a zhu zhu pet for Christmas, she has the real thing too (a hamster called Pikachu) but obviously can't play with it like a zhu zhu pet.
Would love a chance to win.
Hope you're having a great weekend.
xxxx
I always wanted a new bike but never actually got one! My 'twin' brother got one one year so I rode his, but when you have 6 kids (2 the same age) I guess it's hard to buy everything they want. I have wonderful memories of Christmas still, mam and dad always made it so special, even though they didn't have much money.
Darling poem...my little boy would love this toy!

I wanted the Rose Petal Place collection growing up and amazingly enough I received every single piece one Christmas.

You're funny! My daughter is always asking if we're going to get a pet and the answer is always no... but I think I could make an exception for one like this that can be turned off when she's done playing with it!
I always wanted a Snoopy Sno Cone machine when I was a kid. I asked for it every year and by the time I finally got it... I was a little old for it. It sure was fun crushing that ice and making that sticky syrup though!
I really loved the My Little Pony castle. I ended up with a Cloud/Spa Wash your Pony apparatus instead that year.

Okay the present I really wanted as a kid was Cabbage Patch kids! And my mom being the good mom scoured the stores, found the waiting lists, and stalked the delivery men just as many of us are doing for these zhu zhu pets!!

I remember that I was fascinated by magic when I was around 9-10, and I wanted a hot toy back then called the magic hat. Well, I got it but it broke almost right out of the box. I don't even remember playing with it, and I was crushed...
I remember wanting things like Polly Pocket and Littlest Pet Shop, and now they sell them again but they look so different!

The toy that I wanted most badly as a child was a Cabbage Patch Doll back in 1982. The madhouse of trying to get one of those dolls. Unreal!

Thanks for the chance! You are so kind to give this away with the demand so great. I follow you here and on Twitter. :)
I keep telling my husband that I have such great sympathy for my mom now with the zhu zhu craze. I wanted a Cabbage Patch doll so badly when I was a kid. There were also these bears that were dressed like a bride and groom. So many times kids just have-to-have something and as parents, we really do try. CRAZY!

As a kid I always wanted a cash register. Preferably one with more with a scanner and lots of button. While I always got great presents, I guess my desire for a cash register was never clear because I never got one. Maybe that explains why I wanted to work as a cashier so badly in high school.

I always wanted a bike, but my Mom said there was no where safe to ride one where we lived.I was illicitly riding a friends once, didn't know what the hay I was doing, I got my foot in the spokes somehow & had a real mash up.That got me caught, and I never got a bike.

When I was really young (5 or 6) I had a doll named Baby Talk. When we moved a few years later, my parents "misplaced" the doll in the move. For years after that, I wanted a replacement. My parents hunted down a doll restorer and I finally got my doll... at age 26!
Great poem!

There were two toys I remember wanting as a child. The Barbie Dream House and a Cabbage Patch Kid. Barbie was homeless, but I did get a CPK. However, my parents tricked me by letting me think I didn't get one xmas morning. Then late in the afternoon it was "found" before we had dinner.
LOL, I love the poem! I have not been able to find a Zhu Zhu pet anywhere this year, so I would love to be able to add Chunk to my family ;D

When I was younger there was this huge blue Barbie Minivan that I really wanted, but my Mom said that she would not buy it for me. However, on Christmas morning, I unwrapped a present from Santa and what did I find? A blue Barbie minivan! I was so happy :)
(I'm a follower, by the way. I forgot to mention in my first comment.)

That is an adorable poem!! I actually hadn't heard of this until just a week ago and I can understand why they're so popular! It's a pet without the clean up! My son actually asked for a hamster, but that's not going to happen. I'd love to win this for him since I definitely can't afford one! Thanks!
I remember the time I really wanted a bike! My brothers both had one and I didn't and I was so jealous! It's funny because my cousin wanted a bike too and her Dad and my Dad worked together. She told me later that she saw my hot pink dirt bike and thought it was for her and was horrified. (She's four years older than me). But when I got that bike I LOVED it and rode it for hours, in the mud and snow. lol
What a cute poem! Would love to have him join our home for Christmas :)
Oops...Forgot to mention I follow your blog and I also follow you on twitter and re-tweeted this link :)
