If you like, join in for Thankful Thoughts for the Holidays and write posts that talk about what you are thankful for this holiday season. If you do, just write your post, grab the button and link back here. You can do it once, twice or as often as you have something to be thankful for. If you don't want to link up, then you are welcome to just come and visit me.
Everyone has times that they need support from their spouse or significant other. If you don't then I want to know your secret. Today's "Thankful Thoughts" goes to my husband, Josh. This past weekend I had ALL my family here with me. We had a very busy fun packed weekend with just the girls, meaning my mom and my two sisters.
It was a much needed time to play and have fun with them. My husband was so ready to jump in and take over the kids for the weekend. I swear, he is sometimes a better mom than me. When I called to check up on them, he already had them fed and in bed. I think it was 8:30. I can't ever get them in bed that early?? Now that I think about it, I think I need to check the Benadryl bottle?
In all seriousness, I don't know what I would do without his help on a daily basis. So today I am thankful for significant others who pitch in to help us. How does your spouse help out?? Do they help with the kids, housework.....

That is great. My hubby helps with everything. We are both so tired right now tough we just don't feel like doing anything.
That's so awesome your hubs helps out! Cute picture, too! My hubs helps when he can, although he works alot. :)

Rick does try but man that boy and helping is a hard combo. He did steam clean my carpets and cleaned and rearranged the boys room a few days ago. I take what I can get :)
What a great thing to be thankful for, sounds like he is a great Dad!! My hubby is a trooper too, and helps whenever he can and the kids do go to bed for him better too!
I have been enjoying your Thankful posts very much! Hope to get a chance to link up this weekend!
Today I am thankful to live in the good old United States of America where I have everything any one person could ever hope for...Freedom, a healthy family, food on my table, a comfy bed where I get to snuggle up at night with with my hubby, kiddos and doggies (of course!), and TRUE friends who love me just for being me!
I am thankful for a site like yours that shares special moments with your family and helps me to remember to look for the good in my husband and to have more fun with my kids. Sometimes I think blogging Moms can get caught up in their blog so much that they forget what got them blogging in the first place...their beautiful kiddos yet I can tell you never forget what it is MOST important.
